About the role

Lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers delivering large‑scale data generation pipelines for Veeva Link, driving process efficiency, quality, and AI‑enabled automation.

Key responsibilities

• Empower and scale a large organization by mentoring and building a high‑performing remote team.
• Drive operational excellence by owning KPIs, improving processes, and reducing defects.
• Champion continuous improvement through quality and efficiency projects.
• Pioneer AI‑driven solutions to accelerate web research and enhance data quality.
• Shape the technology landscape by collaborating with engineering to build tooling and automate processes.
• Proactively manage risk by identifying and escalating incidents early.

Required profile

• Proven leadership with 5+ years of people‑management experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in business process design, management, and optimization.
• 3‑5 years of operational or data‑driven experience.
• Comfortable working remotely in a diverse, fast‑paced international environment.
