IT Lead & Business Partner - IV Fluids (m/f/d)

About the role

Fresenius Kabi Digital Operations is looking for an experienced IT Lead & Business Partner for the IV Fluids operating unit. The role leads the team of Site IT Heads in the TechOps Operating Unit (OpU) IV Fluids and acts as the strategic interface and main IT contact for the operating unit, making sure IT initiatives match local business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop the local IT strategy by aligning local business needs with global IT objectives.
• Keep an overview of all IT activities, the portfolio and capacity planning for the site IT.
• Promote the adoption of new technologies that support business processes and innovation.
• Ensure ongoing evaluation of compliance with IT SOPs and policies, service performance and business satisfaction.
• Coordinate local and global projects within the operating unit and own the consolidated view of IT projects and budget across production units.
• Lead change management so new IT solutions and processes are adopted across the operating unit.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication between business and IT.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, preferably in IT business engagement.
• At least 10 years of experience in an IT business partner role in a large, complex organization, including at least 5 years working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in matrix organizations and global environments, including remote work, cultural differences and split time zones.
• Excellent English, oral and written.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of IT and business processes, preferably in IV Fluids, Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• IT demand management frameworks and best practices.
• IT project management; PMP or Prince2 certificates are a plus.
• Certifications such as ITIL, ITSM, CMMI, COBIT, TOGAF and IT/OT are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, IoT and blockchain is desirable.
