IT Operations Technician

About the role

RavenPack develops generative AI tools for the finance industry and is launching a new suite of GenAI and SaaS services. As an IT Operations Technician in the IT Support team, you will support various departments, improve processes and strengthen on-premises infrastructure and services. The role balances improvement initiatives with the need to serve internal customers, working closely with IT Support, CyberSecurity, Compliance, Business Operations and Office Management. It is a hybrid position based in the Marbella office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support to internal customers and resolve issues quickly with minimal disruption.
• Oversee the onboarding and implementation of new technologies and services.
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and SOC2 processes.
• In the first month, learn the existing infrastructure and processes and start triaging support issues; after six months lead implementation projects independently.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience as an L2/L3 Technical Support Technician.
• Experience with operating system maintenance (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Solid understanding of computer networks and their configuration.

Required skills

• Google Workspace and Atlassian tools.
• Familiarity with RMM and MDM technologies.
• Powershell scripting and ITSM tools.
• Nice to have: NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, Vanta, Zapier, IFTTT, Mikrotik and UniFi devices.
