IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions. You will work closely with innovative start‑ups, scale‑ups and international product companies, building long‑term relationships with candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all IT roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct research, sourcing and candidate assessment using social media and job boards.
• Develop and implement innovative talent‑acquisition strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates and match them to future opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate performance on assignments.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with potential talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the tech sector.
• High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills.
