About the role

BV TECH Group is seeking an IT Service Operations Support Technician to join its team in Madrid. The role focuses on ensuring the stability and security of client infrastructure by handling emergencies, maintaining systems, and providing technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Emergency Management: respond promptly to critical incidents and restore services.
• Maintenance and Updates: assist in the upkeep and updating of security devices and software.
• Technical Support: deliver basic support for infrastructure issues, including system restoration and hardware problem resolution.
• Reporting and Recording: document monitoring activities and actions taken with accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field.
• Strong command of English.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
