Data Product Manager

About the role

Click&Boat is building a data‑driven product organisation and needs its first dedicated Data Product Manager. You will partner with the Data team to turn data work into high‑impact product initiatives that deliver measurable ROI and KPI uplift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Data team’s backlog, turning requests into high‑value product initiatives with clear ROI and KPI targets.
• Define problem statements, success metrics and evaluate post‑delivery impact for each analysis.
• Own the NAO AI‑assistant product, driving its rollout, gathering feedback, refining prompts and shipping new features.
• Empower Data Analysts with business context, prioritisation and success criteria while avoiding micromanagement.

Required profile

• Strong affinity for data and product thinking, comfortable working with data without being an analyst.
• Hands‑on and tech‑savvy, eager to experiment with AI, prompting and testing prototypes.
• Business‑oriented partner who can translate stakeholder needs into clear product vision.
• Assertive leader able to challenge stakeholders, say “no” and drive decisions.
• Pioneer spirit to build a brand‑new role from scratch and navigate ambiguity.
