IT Services Manager – Spain & Portugal

About the role

We are looking for a talented, structured and motivated professional to act as the key enabling partner and service owner for L’Oréal’s IT operations in Spain and Portugal. The role will drive operational excellence, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high‑quality service delivery to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier and partner governance, overseeing performance, quality, budget and continuous optimisation of external IT suppliers.
• Own help‑desk and user‑experience transformation, managing KPIs, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with group security guidelines.
• Act as process owner for incident, request, change and escalation processes, maintaining strong relationships with group counterparts and managing major incidents.
• Ensure IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, systems) meets SLA targets, manage crisis and security protocols, and lead local and group‑driven infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder‑facing experience with the ability to set and manage expectations.
• Proven track record of driving teams toward high‑standard service delivery.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
