IT Support Specialist

About the role

Geotab is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver efficient end‑user computing support across its offices and remote workforce. You will help maintain global IT standards while ensuring smooth operation of workstations, meeting rooms, and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets, maintaining SLA compliance.
• Install, configure, move, and upgrade workstations (Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS) and peripherals.
• Support meeting rooms, LAN rooms, and other IT equipment installations.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, IT Security, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Maintain documentation and follow global IT standards.

Required profile

• Highly organized team‑player with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
