IT Support Specialist – Level 1 (Automotive Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Level 1) to join Bosch Service Solutions in Madrid. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to professional users of our automotive‑sector solutions, handling incidents in a multilingual, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools.
• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and application issues.
• Diagnose problems remotely via remote‑access utilities and guide users to resolution.
• Document, track and follow up tickets until closure or escalation.
• Apply troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments and international teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base and internal documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in first‑line IT technical support.
• Familiarity with ticket management and incident handling.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving orientation.

• Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
