IT Support Specialist (Mid-Level)

About the Role

Join a fast-growing global technology leader dedicated to enhancing the lives of pets and their owners. As an IT Support Specialist based in our Barcelona hub, you will play a critical role in empowering our European workforce by ensuring seamless access to our cloud-based digital ecosystem.

Main Missions

• Provide high-quality technical support to European employees, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT tickets, from initial troubleshooting to final resolution.
• Oversee hardware management, including the provisioning, deployment, and repair of laptops and office AV/copier equipment.
• Administer software environments, including account management, installations, and configurations.
• Collaborate closely with HR to execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Drive innovation by implementing AI tools and best practices within the company's internal workflows.
• Contribute to IT excellence through internal documentation and participation in special technical projects.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Proven experience of at least one year in a corporate help-desk or IT support environment.
• A proactive problem-solver capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and rigor.
• Ability to provide on-site support at our Poblenou office (with occasional remote work options).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in both macOS and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian).
• Mastery of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, specifically Jira Service Management.
• Foundational knowledge of LAN/WAN networking troubleshooting.
• Hardware lifecycle management and AV equipment maintenance.
