IT Support Technician (Full-time, Seville)

About the role

AZUL HANDLING is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its head‑office team in Seville, Spain. The role involves providing technical assistance across the company’s airports and headquarters, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and configure IT systems, including hardware, software and internet connectivity.
• Carry out telecommunications installations, cable channeling, network and data cabling, and fibre‑optic connections at airports and offices.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, evaluating new technology needs.
• Provide remote help‑desk support, set up new user accounts, resolve password issues and manage printer connections.
• Manage relationships and contracts with telephone, IT and network service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Professional Studies or a related field.
• At least one year of demonstrated experience in IT support, hardware or software troubleshooting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
