IT System Administrator

About the role

Luxquanta is seeking an IT System Administrator to design, deploy, maintain and secure its internal IT infrastructure. You will ensure the reliability, performance and integrity of servers, networks and endpoints in a fast‑growing deep‑tech scale‑up handling sensitive, classified data.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and monitor on‑premise servers, networking equipment and Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
• Implement and enforce security policies (Zero Trust, least‑privilege, EDR, patch management) and support compliance with ENS, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Manage identity and access (Microsoft accounts, MFA/SSO, RBAC) and oversee MDM solutions for device lifecycle.
• Provide end‑user support, handle onboarding/off‑boarding and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
• Administer SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Odoo SH, HubSpot, Factorial, Jira and Confluence.
• Design, monitor and segment LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VLANs and VPNs.
• Maintain documentation, support internal/external audits and report to the CTO.
• Manage vendor contracts, contribute to budget planning and optimise IT costs.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or Telecommunications.
• 4–8 years of experience in IT systems administration or infrastructure management.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude and analytical mindset.
