Jefe/a de Sector Restaurante en Hotel Royal Hideaway Corales

About the role

We are looking for a Restaurant Sector Manager to oversee food and beverage operations at the San Ho restaurant within the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and intervene in the delivery of food and beverage services across restaurants and bars.
• Plan schedules, manage resources and control stock levels.
• Organize table assignments and coordinate waitstaff.
• Correct staff performance, facilitate problem‑solving and ensure team efficiency.
• Monitor hygiene, staff presentation and cleanliness of the service area.
• Oversee mise en place and take customer orders.
• Report any quality or presentation issues to the maître.

Required profile

• Medium or higher vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior).
• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter, preferably in a similar supervisory role.
• High level of English; additional language such as French or German is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to lead and manage a team.
