Junior AI Logistics Assistant (Apprenticeship)

About the role

Join TransPerfect’s fast‑growing AI team in Barcelona as a Junior AI Logistics Assistant. This part‑time apprenticeship (20 hours/week) offers hands‑on experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, logistics and operations, supporting daily shipments and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments with suppliers and create shipping labels.
• Track and review shipping invoices from carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
• Maintain weekly invoice trackers to support billing.
• Organise and update documentation in SharePoint.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning and preparing paperwork.
• Assist with inventory management and quality‑control checks for hardware and digital assets.
• Support general office operations, such as managing access cards and supplies.
• Provide meeting support, including note‑taking and follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in cost auditing and financial record‑keeping.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Effective team player with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management.
