Junior Business Analyst

About the role

COLIBRIX ONE is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the optimisation of payment flows, merchant operations and system performance. You will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Sales and Key Account Management teams, turning real‑time transaction data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor merchant, provider and terminal traffic to ensure optimal system performance.
• Oversee merchant routing and switching processes for seamless payment operations.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to manage terminal switching and meet regulatory limits.
• Generate, maintain and analyse custom reports based on business and operational needs.
• Evaluate merchant traffic patterns and provide insights to Key Account Management and Sales.
• Translate traffic and performance analytics into clear reporting for processing partners and stakeholders.
• Organise and deliver training sessions on system operations, reporting tools and analytics for internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data systems, reporting tools or transactional environments is an advantage.
• Ability to identify patterns, anomalies and operational inefficiencies.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, structured problem‑solving approach.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
