About the role

We are expanding into the United States and need Junior Business Developers to join our Supply team in Barcelona. You will onboard American boat owners onto our platform and drive business development to establish our US presence.

Key responsibilities

Onboard new American partners, assisting them with boat listings, photos and platform usage.
Conduct market research, prospect cold leads in the US boating landscape and contribute to weekly/monthly business unit presentations.

Required profile

Fluent English with strong communication skills.
Previous experience (internship or summer job) in a customer‑facing role.
Dynamic, phone‑savvy and commercially minded.
Team player, proactive and eager to improve services.
