Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst

About the role

Galderma is opening a new Global Capability Center in Barcelona's Eixample district to support its global commercial and functional teams. It is looking for a Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst to join the growing Global Logistics team. The role suits an analytical, detail-oriented professional with up to 3 years of experience who wants exposure to global pharmaceutical supply chain operations and to help drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the cold chain network. The position is hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs, including temperature excursions, deviations and OTIF performance.
• Support the management of deviations, CAPAs and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements.
• Develop dashboards, reports and data insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs and global stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and compliance activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related field.
• 1-3 years of quality experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industries, combined with exposure to supply chain, cold chain, logistics or related operations.
• Quality-focused mindset and interest in a regulated environment.
• Curiosity for digitalization, automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, resilience and a proactive mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools; Power BI is a plus.
