Junior Data Analyst

About the role

As a Junior Data Analyst you will join ExoClick's Analytics team, working closely with the Director of Analytics & Data Science. You will help build and maintain data reports that give the business clear visibility on revenue, profit trends and performance across products, markets and traffic sources.

Key responsibilities

• Structure large data sets, identify trends and highlight what matters most for the business.
• Collect key performance indicators and design visual dashboards and reports.
• Deliver actionable insights to advertising, product and operations teams.
• Identify and flag issues or opportunities early to mitigate financial impact.
• Develop and maintain internal applications and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and Product teams to propose platform improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to manage workload, take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable retrieving, cleaning and processing data from diverse sources.
• General understanding of how web applications function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL for data querying.
• Version control with Git.
