Junior Financial Analyst – French or Spanish Market

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support our clients in the French or Spanish markets. Based in Barcelona, you will work within an international team that helps startups with financial consulting, providing insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance and reporting needs of clients, delivering business‑driven insights through FP&A activities such as forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and business analysis tools.
• Ensure accurate financial metrics, reporting standards, and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with external accountants, banks, and tax advisors.
• Manage P&L results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise day‑to‑day accounting in collaboration with client resources.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and near‑native proficiency in French or Spanish, depending on the market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in audit, accounting, or controlling; startup experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
