About the role
Necomplus is looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join its Finance team in Alicante and support a key business area within an international environment. The position is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Analyse actual versus budget/forecast variances and profitability.
- Prepare financial and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Monitor costs, risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other business teams.
- Contribute to improving financial reporting and processes.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS is a plus.
- Proactive, curious and business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- English proficiency.
Required skills
- Budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- CCH Tagetik knowledge is a plus.
