Junior French-Speaking IT Support – Malaga

About the role

Join a fast‑growing fashion‑tech group as a Junior IT Support specialist based in Malaga. You will provide remote assistance to over 2,000 retail stores across Europe, helping French‑ and English‑speaking users keep their point‑of‑sale and other critical systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote IT support for retail store applications and hardware.
• Document incidents and resolutions following ITIL best practices.
• Guide users toward self‑service options and act as their advocate within the IT department.
• Continuously improve the global Service Desk processes.
• Troubleshoot incidents and fulfil service requests promptly.

Required profile

• Basic experience with POS systems (a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and network issues.
• Good understanding of networking concepts.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and flexibility for occasional weekend work.
