Junior Fund Controller

About the role

DTCP is seeking a Junior Fund Controller to support fund operations, reporting, and portfolio monitoring. You will work closely with the fund controlling team in Luxembourg and contribute to the financial management of digital infrastructure and technology investments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in NAV calculations, fund account reconciliations and monitor cash flows, capital calls and distributions.
• Collect and maintain portfolio company data, track financial performance and reconcile reported figures.
• Support investor queries, ad‑hoc information requests and audit documentation.
• Maintain and improve financial templates, reporting tools and ensure data integrity across fund finance systems.

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Up to five years of relevant experience; recent graduates with internships are also welcome.
• Strong interest in digitalisation, automation and AI‑supported finance processes.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, proactive and willing to learn.
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
