Junior Graphic & Print Designer

About the role

Kardem is looking for a creative Junior Graphic & Print Designer to join its Barcelona team. You will work closely with the design department to develop fresh textile prints, graphics, and product concepts that align with fashion trends and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design team in creating graphics, prints, and visual concepts for fashion and textile products.
• Develop print and graphic proposals that reflect seasonal trends and client needs.
• Conduct trend, market, and competitor research and translate findings into mood boards and presentations.
• Prepare and adapt artwork files for printing and product development, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Assist with sample development, collection preparation, and collaboration with product development and sales teams.
• Incorporate feedback from the design team and contribute creative ideas throughout the collection process.

Required profile

• University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Textile Design, Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in graphic, print, or textile design.
• Strong eye for detail, proactive mindset, and passion for fashion and textile design.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• No travel restrictions and currently residing in Spain or willing to relocate to Barcelona.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
