Junior HR Assistant (6‑month contract)

About the role

Join Electronic Arts as a Junior HR Assistant on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the People Experience team by ensuring a smooth candidate journey and assisting with onboarding and compliance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews for 20+ candidates each week and manage Non‑Disclosure Agreements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, process transactions, and work with internal teams to complete new‑hire documentation on time.
• Review and audit offer details and employment contracts for compliance, maintaining accurate records.
• Support strategic projects for the Global Talent Acquisition team, helping improve recruiting processes and leading candidate assessment during high‑volume campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role supporting recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
