Junior Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

EBRO SUV is seeking an enthusiastic and autonomous Junior Human Resources Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR operations, office logistics, and compliance activities. The role blends classic office coordination with specific HR processes in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and office support, including documentation handling, supplier coordination, and office supply management.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting rooms and materials.
• Prepare simple reports, notes, and follow‑up actions for managers.
• Administer the company car benefit program, liaising with the fleet department and ensuring proper documentation and employee acknowledgment.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for the external Occupational Health & Safety provider, coordinating mandatory activities, medical examinations, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the end‑to‑end coordination of the Graduate Program recruitment process, including candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and onboarding support.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and adapt to different working styles.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital collaboration tools.
