Talent Acquisition Partner – French Speaking (Manufacturing)

About the role

Serendi is seeking a French‑speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Barcelona team. You will lead high‑volume recruitment for manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance and other operational functions across multiple sites, primarily in the Upper Rhine region, while supporting additional locations as business needs evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a high volume of operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for manufacturing and related roles.
• Drive talent attraction initiatives through sourcing campaigns, social media, employee referrals and targeted activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines with a focus on the Upper Rhine region while supporting other sites.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure timely communication and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing market insights and best‑practice guidance.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and compliance within the ATS.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years of recruitment experience, including high‑volume hiring in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
