Junior IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to join Roc360’s Madrid office and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance to our globally distributed team. The role combines desktop support, cloud‑service administration and documentation in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues for local and remote users.
• Manage onboarding/off‑boarding processes, access requests and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Assist with operational support in AWS (IAM, EC2, S3), Google Workspace and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, MFA, access controls).
• Create and maintain internal runbooks, user‑facing knowledge‑base articles and document recurring technical issues.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, cloud operations or systems administration.
• Proven ability to support global users via ticketing systems, chat or video calls.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Willingness to learn Linux systems and expand cloud expertise.

Required skills

• Windows and/or macOS desktop support.
• AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3) basics.
• Google Workspace administration.
• Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, MFA, access controls).
• Basic Linux command‑line (SSH, logs, permissions).
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Experience with ticketing systems for remote support.
