About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a motivated Junior Office Manager to keep our Milan, Madrid, or Warsaw offices running smoothly. You will be the go‑to person for daily logistics, workplace comfort, and safety, ensuring the environment supports our high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the office in top condition – clean, comfortable, and fully equipped.
Manage daily logistics such as deliveries, supplies, catering, and maintenance.
Oversee access and safety procedures, including temporary passes and emergency protocols.
Troubleshoot facilities issues promptly to ensure seamless functionality.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance the workplace experience.

Required profile

Strong reasoning ability and attention to detail.
High drive, ambition, and personal responsibility for outcomes.
Team‑oriented mindset, willing to support the best ideas and help colleagues.
Comfortable working on‑site every day.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Fluent in the local language of the office (Italian for Milan, Spanish for Madrid, Polish for Warsaw).
