Junior Production Coordinator

About the role

Join DAZN’s Content & Digital Media team in Madrid as a Junior Production Coordinator, supporting the creation and delivery of engaging digital content for the FIFA World Cup. You’ll work closely with content, production, design and social media teams to help inform, entertain and grow the audience across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content across DAZN’s social media platforms.
• Support copywriting, caption creation and content planning.
• Assist in developing football‑related stories and digital campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with designers, producers and video teams to deliver content.
• Track football news, trends and tournament highlights to identify content opportunities.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and editorial standards.
• Provide support to the wider Content & Digital Media team during key tournament moments.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant studies in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media or a related field.
• Strong passion for football and digital sports media.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and audience‑engagement tools.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools (advantageous).
