Junior Regional Partnerships Manager

About the role

ESW is seeking a Junior Regional Partnerships Manager to help grow and nurture relationships with key partners across the assigned region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnerships, you will identify new partnership opportunities, support joint initiatives, and ensure that collaborations align with the company’s commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new partners to expand the regional network.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive partner growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, handling inquiries and support.
• Track and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights for optimisation.
• Conduct regular business reviews and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with partners on joint marketing, sales enablement, and co‑branding projects.
• Provide training and resources to enhance partner knowledge of ESW services.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and market intelligence to refine partnership strategies.
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing and product teams to execute initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and Spanish, capable of leading meetings in all three languages.
• Strong understanding of the DTC eCommerce landscape and a keen interest in industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working with data and eager to develop analytical skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Willing to travel 1–2 times per month to Paris and/or Milan.
