Junior RPA Developer

About the Role

Join EY GDS Spain as a Junior RPA Developer and become a key player in our international team. You will contribute to the stability and efficiency of global enterprises by designing and implementing innovative automation solutions that transform business processes.

Main Missions

• Develop high-quality software solutions focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Manage software deployment and releases following best practices and strict client security/data policies.
• Analyze incidents, implement immediate workarounds, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Draft comprehensive technical documentation for all automated processes.
• Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive automation excellence.

Profile Required

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in RPA development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English, essential for working in an international environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.
• Proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in RPA platforms: Microsoft PowerAutomate, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, specifically GitHub.
• Knowledge of Cloud architectures (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Familiarity with security standards such as OWASP.
• Experience with system integrations: SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, CyberArk, or web portals.
