Junior Space Designer - Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Space Designer to join our Retail & Experiential Design department in Barcelona. You will translate the MAM brand universe into physical retail environments, creating memorable experiences for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design retail spaces such as stores, corners, pop‑ups and events that align with MAM’s brand identity.
• Develop spatial concepts from initial idea through to technical execution.
• Create 3D models and visualisations using Blender and Rhinoceros.
• Produce technical drawings and documentation in AutoCAD.
• Define materials, lighting, furniture and overall user experience within each space.
• Coordinate with suppliers and support production and installation processes.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Based in Barcelona (on‑site position).
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture or Spatial Design.
• Previous experience in retail, exhibition or commercial projects.
• Strong aesthetic judgment regarding materials, lighting, proportion and atmosphere.
• Fluent English for an international work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Rhinoceros.
• Experience using Blender for modelling and rendering.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD for technical development.
