Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Ringover is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People team. You will support hiring for sales and customer care functions across France, Spain, the UK, the US and Colombia, helping to build the talent pipeline that will drive the company’s next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, building pipelines before positions open.
• Screen inbound applications, conduct introductory calls, and ensure a positive first impression of Ringover.
• Partner with sales and care managers to write hiring briefs, define candidate personas, and refine evaluation scorecards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, focusing on quality hiring rather than speed.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, manage LinkedIn presence, and help organise recruiting events and campus outreach.

Required profile

• First experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Strong passion for recruitment and connecting people with opportunities.
• Excellent people skills, curiosity, and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Existing network in sales or customer‑success talent is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment with shifting priorities.
