Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

MELLER is expanding rapidly across Europe and seeks a passionate Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for retail stores, headquarters, and international teams. This position offers exposure to end‑to‑end hiring processes in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Screen applications and conduct first‑round interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and keep accurate candidate data.
• Collaborate on Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements.
• Assist broader People & HR initiatives such as onboarding and employee experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and candidate communications.
• Strong interest in sourcing and attracting talent.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Passion for people, recruitment, and candidate experience.
