Junior to Mid-Level Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our mobile engineering team and help build high‑quality B2C apps used by over 500 million users worldwide. The role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of Flutter experience or recent graduates with strong academic foundations who want to grow quickly in a high‑scale consumer app environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build smooth, reliable, and scalable user experiences for high‑traffic B2C apps.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers to ship new features.
• Contribute to mobile architecture, code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Use analytics, testing, and experimentation to understand user behavior and improve products.
• Ensure app quality through debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Work with tools such as Firebase and other mobile development technologies.
• Leverage AI coding tools to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Flutter development or a Master’s degree in Mobile Application Development.
• Strong understanding of mobile development principles across iOS and/or Android.
• Good business‑level English.
• Curiosity, ownership, and ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced product environment.
