Key Lead - Abercrombie & Fitch + Hollister Stores, Barcelona

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch + Hollister Stores is looking for a Key Lead in Barcelona. The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the role drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and the team's achievement of daily sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyse reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory or management experience required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (CEFR B2) is required.
• Availability schedule varies weekly, with at least 20-25 hours per week; Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays are required, and hours increase during peak times.
