Key Lead (Part-Time Floor Supervisor) - Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead (part-time) for its Hollister store in Gran Plaza 2, Hollister, Madrid. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and customers receive a quality in-store experience. The role is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory or management experience required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (CEFR B2) is required.
• Availability varies weekly, at least 20-25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays, with longer hours during peak times.

The full-time starting rate is 22,500 EUR annually (40 hours per week); the advertised position is part-time. Job offers are subject to completing the applicable work visa formalities.
