About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Hotel Barceló Ponent Beach in Mallorca. The successful candidate will support the kitchen staff in daily operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
Clean, peel and cut vegetables.
Mix ingredients for various dishes.
De‑plume poultry and scale fish.
Chop meat and prepare other raw products.
Keep kitchen tools and utensils clean.
Assist in the preservation of raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

Vocational training (Medium Level) in Cooking and Gastronomy.
Completed HACCP (Food Safety) course.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen role.
No language requirement; hospitality knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

HACCP certification.
