Kitchen Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join the Pacha Group’s vibrant hospitality team. In this role you will support the culinary team in daily operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise‑en‑place under senior chefs’ supervision.
• Maintain spotless workstations, clean and store kitchen tools, and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, checking freshness, labeling, and rotating stock.
• Support set‑up and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
• Follow HACCP and food‑safety guidelines in all tasks.
• Handle cleaning products and waste responsibly, adhering to sustainable practices.
• Collaborate with chefs and fellow team members, responding quickly to changing needs during busy periods.
• Participate in briefings and training to continuously improve product knowledge and service quality.
