Lead Finance Business Partner (Marketing & Partners)

About the role

Celonis, a platform for enterprise AI, is looking for a Lead Finance Business Partner for Marketing and Partners in Madrid. Reporting to the VP, GTM Finance, you will partner with executive leaders across Services, Customer Success, Marketing and Partner Eco-Systems, evaluating the financial efficiency of go-to-market investments and building the financial framework for indirect revenue channels such as GSIs, channel partners and cloud marketplaces. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing finance and ROI: analyse global marketing spend across performance marketing, brand, corporate events and ABM; build predictive models linking spend to L2R, pipeline generation and CAC payback; oversee Market Development Fund allocation, compliance and ROI.
• Partner eco-system and channel strategy: design commercial frameworks for GSI, reseller and referral programmes; analyse the financial impact of cloud marketplace listings; set up attribution models tracking partner-sourced versus partner-influenced ARR and its effect on LTV.
• Planning, forecasting and governance: own annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for marketing and partner headcount, discretionary spend and agency fees; build capacity models for Partner Development Managers and Channel Account Managers; run quarterly reviews with GTM executives.

Required profile

• 8 years in FP&A, strategic or corporate finance, with at least 5 years supporting Marketing or Channel/Partner organisations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a quantitative field.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics (LTV:CAC, CAC payback, Magic Number) and multi-touch attribution and indirect sales funnels.
• Ability to turn complex partner contracts into financial models and to challenge assumptions with data.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Business intelligence and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
• FP&A software (e.g. Pigment, Workday).
