Lead Project Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Lead Project Manager to lead and scale its Project Management function. You will ensure the delivery of strategic technical initiatives while mentoring a team of Digital Project Managers, working at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Business and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Digital Project Managers, including 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring support and coaching
• Lead high-impact technical and digital projects from start to delivery, overseeing multiple concurrent projects
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and risks, and deliver on time, within budget and with high quality
• Manage the project portfolio and resource allocation, prioritise initiatives with senior stakeholders and standardise documentation and governance
• Communicate status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor delivery KPIs, build dashboards and executive reports, promote Agile best practices and drive process automation

Required profile

• 8+ years managing technical or digital projects, 3+ years leading or mentoring Project Managers
• Experience with multiple complex software projects, Engineering and Product teams, and project portfolios
• Fluent English

• Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Nice to have: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2 or Scrum certification, Jira, Confluence, Asana, OKRs
