Learning Project Manager – Remote

About the role

Learnlight is seeking a remote Learning Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital learning projects. You will work closely with the Product Manager and a global team to create and maintain high‑quality language, intercultural, and interpersonal skill content for adult learners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate learning projects, defining clear plans, milestones, and timelines aligned with the Project Life Cycle.
• Manage stakeholders and external collaborators (authors, trainers, developers), ensuring scope, responsibilities, and workload are aligned.
• Oversee project execution and quality, maintaining documentation and tracking progress with tools such as ClickUp or Excel.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, adjusting scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
• Drive process improvements, conduct weekly stand‑ups, and collaborate with Learning Business Analysts to anticipate issues.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, coordinate external payments, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management, including planning, forecasting, and budget management.
• At least 1 year managing stakeholders and external resources such as authors, trainers, or developers.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and product development processes.
