Legal & Compliance Specialist – Spain

About the role

Amplifon is looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of its compliance framework across Spain. The role will help strengthen internal controls, promote an ethical culture and ensure business activities comply with applicable laws, internal policies and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Amplifon’s Corporate Compliance Program in Spain, ensuring local deployment of global policies.
• Monitor adherence to the Code of Ethics, anti‑corruption policy and other corporate policies across business functions and the retail network.
• Perform compliance and legal risk assessments, identify regulatory or operational risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Assist in internal control monitoring, follow‑up on remediation actions and collaborate with Internal Audit.
• Manage whistleblowing reports, conduct preliminary fact‑finding and coordinate investigations with HR, Legal, Internal Audit, IT, Sales and other functions.
• Design and deliver compliance training programmes and create internal communications, guidelines and awareness material.
• Provide legal support on corporate compliance, data protection (GDPR), competition and anti‑corruption matters, and track regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Law or Business Administration degree (both preferred); postgraduate qualification in Compliance, Corporate Governance or Business Law is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal advisory or regulatory matters, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Experience in retail, healthcare or consumer services is advantageous.
