Legal Content Analyst - IP Law (German, Polish and English-speaking)

About the role

Clarivate is looking for a Legal Content Analyst for IP Law (German, Polish and English-speaking) to join its Content Editing team in Barcelona. The team focuses on Darts IP content in Europe, covering trademarks and patents, and ingests and curates thousands of trademark cases. The position reports to the Team Manager, Legal Content Analysis, based in Spain, and is part of a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and analyse IP case law data points and legal discussions within the assigned product database.
• Improve data discoverability by extracting and analysing related IP case law data points.
• Follow analysis guidelines and propose additional terms based on new developments in the field.
• Deliver complete, properly structured records and keep them up to date, while evaluating your own work quality.
• Monitor and prioritise daily volume according to product requirements, and proactively report issues affecting production targets.
• Mentor and guide new team members in common production tasks and applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• 2 years of post-graduate experience.
• Fluent in English, German and Polish; knowledge of IP law, especially trademarks, is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
