Legal Counsel – Europe Legal Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

About the role

Prologis is seeking a Legal Counsel to accelerate the evolution of its European Legal Department. The role will design and implement technology‑enabled legal workflows, templates and AI‑driven tools to improve consistency, speed and self‑service across multiple European jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and roll out scalable legal workflows, templates, playbooks and self‑service tools for European jurisdictions.
• Lead adoption of AI, automation, contract lifecycle management and legal‑operations tools.
• Provide flexible cross‑border legal support for priority business initiatives, including data centres, energy, new products and services.
• Partner with European legal colleagues, business teams and internal stakeholders to support strategic growth areas.
• Support high‑priority commercial contracting, focusing on structuring, simplification, risk allocation and standardisation.
• Simplify and rationalise contract suites, templates, amendments and related documents.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in European jurisdictions.
• Comfortable operating in a matrix environment and collaborating with legal, business, technology and operations teams.
• Ability to act as a flexible cross‑border legal resource across multiple projects.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled legal tools.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management platforms.
• Knowledge of legal automation and workflow design.
