Legal Counsel

About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech and iGaming company as an in‑house Legal Counsel based in Valencia. You will lead legal and commercial strategy, manage complex corporate matters and support cross‑functional teams to scale securely and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad spectrum of legal agreements, including commercial contracts, marketing agreements, license agreements, share purchase agreements, NDAs and service agreements.
• Lead high‑stakes negotiations with technology platforms, payment solution providers, PSPs, banking partners, affiliates and B2B integration partners.
• Conduct advanced legal research and coordinate with external counsel to obtain jurisdiction‑specific insights.
• Advise on data protection and privacy agreements to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Provide comprehensive in‑house legal support across product, finance, compliance, risk and marketing functions.
• Serve as the primary internal legal liaison, delivering practical, business‑oriented solutions.

Required profile

• Law degree with qualification in a common‑law jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Proven hands‑on legal experience within the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of international data protection and privacy laws.
• Exceptional commercial awareness and ability to give business‑focused legal advice.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple high‑priority matters.
