Legal Counsel – Travel Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our fast‑growing Travel Intelligence business unit. You will act as the first‑level legal advisor, supporting partnership teams, data‑governance initiatives and commercial contracting across a portfolio of SaaS, data‑licensing and technology agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, data‑as‑a‑service, technology partner and distribution contracts.
• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to senior business stakeholders and contribute to product launch and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Manage legal aspects of partner and vendor relationships, including strategic partnerships and vendor contracts.
• Advise on regulatory, compliance and data‑privacy frameworks relevant to Travel Intelligence.
• Deliver day‑to‑day legal support across product, sales, finance, R&D, operations, risk, IP and privacy teams.
• Lead coordination on compliance, data governance and privacy matters, keeping legal leadership informed of material issues.
• Develop negotiation strategies for high‑value, high‑visibility deals and present legal positions to business leadership.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience advising technology‑focused businesses, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate legal risk into business‑friendly solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
