Legal Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups, is looking for a Legal Manager in Madrid. The role supports hotel and corporate operations, with a primary focus on the European region and involvement in selected projects and corporate functions. It covers hotel-related contracts, legal support to corporate entities and advice to European operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on hotel agreements, amendments, notices and related documents at corporate, regional and hotel levels, reporting significant deviations to leadership for approval
• Maintain the contract repository, tracking statuses, construction milestones and expiration dates
• Support European regional teams, including debt recovery, legal or breach notices and settlement assistance with owners
• Conduct legal research, coordinate external counsel on disputes, tax matters and other issues
• Help develop legal policies, templates and procedures, and take part in legal transformation initiatives
• Support corporate matters for subsidiaries and branches, including entity establishment or liquidation, board and shareholder meetings, and statutory compliance filings
• Coordinate with the global Legal department on regulatory compliance, privacy, competition law, international trade and trademarks

Required profile

• Master of Law (JD or LLM) from a reputable university
• 3+ years of experience in the Legal Department of a major international company
• Right to work in the European Union
• Very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
• Digital savviness, proactivity, adaptability and ability to handle several projects under tight deadlines
