Legal Operations Manager – Hotel Industry

About the role

The Legal Operations Manager will support Radisson Hotel Group’s hotel and corporate operations, focusing on the European region while also contributing to global projects. You will independently manage hotel‑related contracts, provide legal advice to operational teams, and ensure compliance with company policies and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on new hotel agreements, amendments, notices and related documents across corporate, regional and hotel levels.
• Maintain the contract repository, ensuring accurate uploading, updating and tracking of contractual details, milestones and expiration dates.
• Provide legal support to European regional teams, including debt recovery, breach notices and settlement negotiations with owners.
• Conduct legal research and coordinate external counsel for disputes, tax matters and other operational issues.
• Collaborate with international legal teams to align legal strategies with Radisson’s global objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently on complex legal contracts within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of European legal frameworks relevant to hotel management and franchising.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external legal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to advise operational and commercial teams.
