Legal Operations Specialist

About the role

ZYMVOL® is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to streamline and scale its legal, corporate and compliance processes. Reporting to the COO, you will be the central point for contract management, documentation workflows and coordination with internal teams and external counsel in a fast‑growing biotech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NDA/CDA, standard agreements, SOWs and signature workflows.
• Support contract administration, including initial reviews, deadline tracking, obligations, renewals and escalation of high‑risk clauses.
• Maintain organized contract repositories and legal documentation systems.
• Assist investor and due‑diligence processes, including data‑room management and document coordination.
• Coordinate corporate governance documentation such as powers of attorney, certificates, board and shareholder records.
• Support compliance activities related to GDPR, ISO standards and internal policies.
• Assist with trademark, patent and other IP administrative tasks in partnership with external counsel.
• Facilitate legal requests across internal teams and external advisors and drive continuous improvement of legal operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a paralegal, legal operations or corporate legal support role.
• Proven experience managing legal documentation, contracts and repositories.
• Experience supporting due‑diligence and investment rounds.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
